RedHolt Journey
RedHolt are a community based recruitment & consulting company who operate globally, run & founded by husband & wife, Chris & Amanda since 2017. We operate from two offices, one being in our head office in Dubai, UAE and the other in the city of London.
We offer expert search and advisory services focused within the streaming, media & digital entertainment industry delivering appointments at all levels across Europe, APAC, Middle East and the Americas.
RedHolt engage in the permanent, contract & consulting market globally, serving C suite positions & projects downwards across professional services, sales, technology, operations, finance, marketing and human resources.
We are committed to driving successful outcomes and excellent service. Our purpose is to put clients in the position to make hiring decisions quickly and right the first time. RedHolt follows a delivery methodology along every step of the recruitment process, ensuring a clear and fluid process with committed dates against each milestone

​CHRIS REDMOND
CEO
Chris has worked at senior level for the past 20 years, and has operated across multiple sectors worldwide. Today he is the CEO at Redholt, and a specialist within the broadcast media & OTT arena, where he has built up a global network, and has been driving the growth of OTTRed. Chris is a leading figure within the space.
Chris is responsible for spearheading business development within RedHolt, and is passionate about the RedHolt methodology.

Amanda is an experienced Delivery Manager & COO, and an exemplary female business leader. After serving for over a decade with a prominent UK executive search business, Amanda started RedHolt with Chris to bring her expertise in delivery as the horsepower in the RedHolt engine. Amanda is experienced in working with global companies, and serving clients who require mid - senior level hires
Amanda is also a non-executive board member at a one of the fastest growing champagne companies in the world, and a recruitment software company.

SIMON CHILDS
NED
Simon co-founded and sold a large executive search business in Japan to Recruit Holdings, Asia's largest HR services group. This was Recruit's first domestic recruitment acquisition in its 50-year history. Simon helped initiate and integrate several transactions across Asia for Recruit Holdings' International Recruitment Business division under the RGF brand. Since leaving Recruit Holdings in 2020, Simon has worked in an advisory capacity with the senior management teams of several global recruitment businesses

Martin has worked as a senior practitioner and leader within the recruitment industry globally for over 30 years. He has worked in over 20 countries as a Non-Executive Director and Advisor to the recruitment industry in which he works closely with executive teams internationally to create and scale stakeholder value. As a well-known figure amongst the global recruitment fraternity, Martin works closely with RedHolt’s founders in helping us to achieve our vision.
